针对昆石高速上行线(石林至宜良段)长下坡、急弯及交通环境急变的特殊路段,在大流量、超载超限、超速运营条件下,利用公路运营安全性检测计算系统(HOS_VT)进行检测计算。从人(驾驶员)-车-路-交通环境协调运营原理入手,分析论证可能潜在的道路事故多发点(段),以降低交通事故率,突破运营安全的瓶颈。通过道路交通安全的保障技术、措施的应用研究,对该路段进行系统的交通安全整治,提升道路交通可持续发展能力,保障出行安全。
For the special sections with long downhill, sharp bends and traffic environment abrupt changes on the Kunming-Shijiazhuang Expressway (Shilin-Yiliang section), the HOS_VT system is operated under the conditions of heavy traffic, overloaded and over-speed operation.
