Objective: To investigate the effect of 980nm laser on otolaryngology and maxillofacial hemangiomas. Materials and Methods: The authors used the wavelength of 980nm semiconductor laser laser in patients with otolaryngology and maxillofacial cavernous hemangioma in 26 cases, aged 16 months to 65 years old, the lesion auricle and external nose in 2 cases, hypopharynx and tongue base 1 case each, 5 cases of tongue and buccal mucosa, 9 cases of maxillary malar and eyelid, 5 cases of labial and mandibular, 1 case of laryngeal right vocal cord,
