目的:研究柴芩清宁胶囊与感冒灵胶囊对脂多糖(LPS)及干酵母大鼠发热模型的解热作用。方法:制备大鼠100μg/kg LPS发热模型及20%干酵母发热模型,给药后观察大鼠体温变化,计算平均最大体温上升高度(△T)及体温反应指数(TRI),绘制平均升温曲线。结果:柴芩清宁胶囊胶囊(278、556、1112 mg/kg)及感冒灵胶囊(309、618、1236 mg/kg)各剂量组对LPS及干酵母大鼠发热模型均具有显著解热作用,且均存在一定剂量效应关系。结论:柴芩清宁胶囊与感冒灵胶囊对LPS及干酵母大鼠发热模型均具有解热作用,但解热特点有所不同,柴芩清宁胶囊解热作用持久但起效较慢,感冒灵胶囊解热起效迅速,但维持时间较短。
Objective: To study the antipyretic effect of Chai Qin Qing Ning capsule and Ganmailing capsule on fever model of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and dry yeast in rats. Methods: The LPS fever model of 100μg / kg rat and the model of fever of 20% dry yeast were prepared. After the administration, the change of body temperature was observed. The mean maximum temperature increase (△ T) and body temperature response index (TRI) were calculated. . Results: Each dose group of Chaiqin Qingning Capsule (278,556,1112 mg / kg) and Ganmaoling Capsule (309,618,1236 mg / kg) had significant antipyretic effect on the LPS and fever model of dry yeast rats, and There are some dose-effect relationship. Conclusion: Chaiqin Qingning Capsule and Ganmailing Capsule have antipyretic effects on the LPS and the fever model of dry yeast rats, but the antipyretic characteristics are different. The antipyretic effect of Chaiqin Qingning Capsule is long-lasting, but its onset is slow. Rapid onset, but shorter maintenance time.
