以粤东海域鲨鱼加工后的废骨为原料,通过正交实验确定了提取鲨鱼软骨酸性粘多糖(SCAMP)的适宜条件:6%的碱浓度,碱液与原料比为6:1,酶用量为1%,水解时间为10 h,其得率最高。比较了鲨鱼不同部位软骨SCAMP的含量,并对SCAMP进行了鉴别和组分分析。
The optimum conditions for the extraction of shark cartilage acid mucopolysaccharide (SCAMP) were determined by orthogonal experiments. The alkali concentration of 6%, the ratio of lye to raw material was 6: 1, the amount of enzyme 1%, hydrolysis time is 10 h, the highest yield. The contents of SCAMP in different parts of shark cartilage were compared, and SCAMP was identified and analyzed.
