目的了解宁化县并殖吸虫的第一、二中间宿主和终宿主的种类及其感染情况。方法 2012年6月和9月,在宁化县15个乡镇分别抽取1个自然村,采集溪坑中的溪蟹、螺和动物粪便进行并殖吸虫检查。结果 15个点均采集到溪蟹共计204只,初步鉴定有4属7种,其中福建华溪155只,占75.98%。在石壁乡隆陂村捕获的62只福建华溪蟹中48只检出卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴,检出率为80%;合计检出囊蚴310个,每只阳性蟹平均检出囊蚴6.46个,每克蟹组织平均检出囊蚴0.51个;在隆陂村收集的放逸短沟蜷和野猫粪便分别发现并殖吸虫尾蚴和虫卵,检出率分别为0.08%和20﹪。结论宁化县溪蟹种类繁多,福建华溪蟹是优势蟹,该县是并殖吸虫病中度疫源地。
Objective To understand the species and infection of the first and second intermediate and final hosts of Paragonimus in Ninghua County. Methods In June and September, 2012, a natural village was collected from 15 towns and villages in Ninghua County, and the crab, spirochetes and animal excrement collected from the creek pit were collected for paragonimiasis examination. Results A total of 204 crabs were collected from 15 sites. There were 7 genera and 4 genera in total, of which 155 were from Fujian Huaxi, accounting for 75.98%. Of 62 Fujian Huaxi crabs captured in Longbi Village, Shibi Township, 48 Paragonimus westermani were detected, with a detection rate of 80%. A total of 310 metacercariae were detected, and the average of each positive crab 6.46 larvae and 0.51 larvae were detected per gram of crab tissue. The larvae and coccidiosis of paragonimiasis and ovum were found in the drainage crouchs and wild cats collected from Longyi village respectively. The detection rates were 0.08% and 20% . Conclusion There are many kinds of crabs in Ninghua County and Fujian Huxi crabs are dominant crabs. The county is a moderate foci of paragonimiasis.
