分析102例垂体腺瘤的术前脑电图,结果发现;未见异常45例(44.1%),轻度异常24例(23.5%)弥漫性异常24例(23 5%)。阵发性异常7例(6.9%),局灶性异常2例(2.0%)。有12例并出现额部间隙节律性δ活动。异常脑电图的发生率在肿瘤直径大小不同的两组间存在非常显著差异(P<0.01)。故本病符合大脑中线深部肿瘤的脑电图特征,一般不出现局灶性异常,且与病理类型无关。异常率在不同性别间存在显著差异(P<0.05),提示雌激素水平的高低,可能对脑电活动有一定影响。
Analysis of 102 cases of pituitary adenoma preoperative EEG, the results found; no abnormalities in 45 cases (44.1%), mild abnormalities in 24 cases (23.5%) diffuse abnormalities in 24 cases (23.5%). Paroxysmal abnormalities in 7 cases (6.9%), focal abnormalities in 2 cases (2.0%). There are 12 cases and forehead rhythmic δ activity appears. The incidence of abnormal EEG was significantly different between the two groups with different tumor diameters (P <0.01). Therefore, the disease in line with the brain midline deep tumor EEG features generally do not appear focal abnormalities, and has nothing to do with the pathological type. Abnormal rates were significantly different between different sexes (P <0.05), suggesting that the level of estrogen may have some impact on EEG activity.
