利用电子扫描镜观察了番茄、青椒、茄子的胚珠发育过程。观察结果显示,珠心原基从胎座部分化后,周围组织慢慢将珠心原基包被,继续分化完全包被后即成珠被。珠被进一步发育后即成倒生胚珠。在发育后期番茄的胚珠呈扁圆形,青椒的胚珠为近卵形,而茄子的胚珠为椭圆形。茄子和青椒的胚珠发育始期纵向生长较快,茄子从开花期、青椒从开花后期横向生长比例加大。番茄和茄子的胚珠纵横径的比例大致相同,青椒随着果型的加大胚珠大小随之增加
The ovule development of tomato, green pepper and eggplant was observed by scanning electron microscope. Observations show that the original base of the beads from the placenta after partialization, the surrounding tissue slowly coated base beads, continue to differentiate into a complete coating after the beads. Beads are further developed into inverted ovules. In the late development of tomato ovule was oblate, green peppers ovules oval, and eggplant ovule oval. Eggplant and green pepper ovule growth at the beginning of the rapid growth of the vertical, eggplant from the flowering stage, green pepper late flowering from the late growth rate increased. Tomato and eggplant ovule diameter ratio of about the same, with the increase of green peppers ovule size increases
