合理的井身结构设计是钻井工程设计的重要组成部分,华北油田高家堡区块岩性为泥岩、膏岩和岩盐,地质情况复杂,钻井过程中遇到漏、塌、卡等复杂情况。针对目前存在状况,本文统计了已钻井复杂情况并分析该区块已有井身结构存在的问题,认为该区块钻井时出现的复杂情况与井身结构不合理有关,通过对该地区20多口井的地质、录井、钻井井史等资料的分析,获取起下钻记录以及泥浆性,能精确的计算出井身结构设计参数,并采用自中间向两边的井身结构设计方法,设计出了合理的井身结构,优化套管程序,进而缩短钻井周期,降低钻井成本。
Reasonable well structure design is an important part of drilling engineering design. The rock quality of the Gaojiapu block in Huabei Oilfield is mudstone, gypsum and rock salt. The geological conditions are complex, and complicated situations such as leakage, collapse and card during drilling are encountered. In view of the present situation, this article has counted the complicated situation of drilling and analyzed the existing problems of well structure in this block. It is concluded that the complicated situation during the drilling of this block is related to the irrational structure of well bore. By analyzing more than 20 Well logging, well logging, drilling well history and other data analysis, access to drilling records and muddy, can accurately calculate the wellbore structure design parameters, and from the middle to both sides of the well structure design method, design Reasonable well structure to optimize the casing procedures, thereby shortening the drilling cycle and reduce drilling costs.
