要实现真正意义上的课改目标,必须实施有效教学。因此,教师必须精心组织教学过程,激发学生积极思维,努力使教学过程的每一个环节对学生具有一种强大的吸引力,从而使学生在参与教学的过程中,聪明才智得到充分发挥,潜力得到开发,为培养学生的创新精神和实践能力创造条件。针对目前学业的压力让孩子们的锻炼的时间变少了,也开始渐渐的不喜欢运动了。如何培养学生自我锻炼能力,是我们体育教师要进行的重要课题。
To achieve the true goal of curriculum reform, we must implement effective teaching. Therefore, teachers must carefully organize the teaching process, inspire students’ positive thinking and strive to make every link of the teaching process a powerful attraction for students so as to enable students to fully utilize their talents and potential in participating in teaching Development, and create conditions for cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practical ability. For the current academic pressure to make children less time for exercise, but also gradually began to dislike exercise. How to cultivate students’ ability of self-training is an important topic for our PE teachers.
