以永磁同步直线伺服电机为被控对象,应用H∞控制理论设计了一种具有强鲁棒性的速度控制器。首次提出了基于神经网络给定补偿的H∞控制策略。仿真实验结果表明,该方案有效地克服了永磁直线电机参数变化及特有的端部效应等对系统的影响,提高了系统的性能指标。
Using permanent magnet synchronous linear servo motor as the controlled object, a robust controller is designed based on H∞ control theory. For the first time, the H∞ control strategy based on the given compensation of neural network is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively overcome the influence of the parameters of permanent magnet linear motor and the unique end effect on the system, and improve the performance of the system.
