最近我受一家乡镇小铁厂之聘,利用一周时间处理了一起开炉十几天,烧了200多瓶氧气,铁口难开、放炮、经常跑大流的铁口事故。不仅为厂方减轻了经济压力,而且大大减轻了炉前工的出铁工作。 1.铁口难开的原因分析 (1)炮泥质量不合格。这家铁厂高炉用的炮泥是未经任何加工的带有小石头杂块的普通黄泥(粘土)。由于这种泥透气性不好,泥中水份不能很好排出,强度又不够,造成铁口经、常放炮、跑大流。 (2)电动泥炮的压炮失灵。打泥时压炮的压力不足,炮嘴不能很好地插入铁口眼内,每次堵口铁口外都堆一堆泥。
