目的:探讨围术期健康教育视频在医院普外科中的应用效果,为更好开展患者的宣教工作提供参考。方法:选取浙江省义乌市中心医院普外科两个病区患者为研究对象,I区设为对照组,II区设为观察组。对照组患者给予常规健康教育方式,观察组患者采用视频健康教育模式。比较两组患者围术期相关知识知晓率、患者术后康复情况、自我护理水平及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者对围术期知识掌握水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后康复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者自我护理水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:视频健康教育方式有利于将提高健康教育效果,提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of perioperative health education videos in the general surgery of hospitals and provide reference for better carrying out the missionary work of patients. Methods: Two patients from two departments of general surgery in Central Hospital of Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province were selected as study objects. Area I was set as control group and area II was set as observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine health education, and patients in the observation group were given video health education. The awareness of perioperative knowledge, postoperative rehabilitation, self-care and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The knowledge of perioperative knowledge in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The postoperative recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The self-care level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Video health education is conducive to improve the health education effect and improve patient satisfaction.
