近年来,随着自然灾害、金融突发事件频繁发生,基层央行如何在自身发展中寻求最适合的应急管理模式尤显重要.本文以人民银行紫阳县支行在建设陕西省基层应急管理工作示范点实践为例,通过总结应急管理方面的主要做法,分析基层央行应急管理工作中存在的困难和问题,并提出相关建议.
