中空注浆锚索在高地应力松软煤巷中的应用研究

高强度中空注浆锚索与高性能锚杆相结合的组合控制技术,能有效控制高地应力松软煤巷等该类巷道出现的巷道失稳问题.某矿3313综放工作面回风平巷在深部掘进时出现围岩变形量大、支护失效等问题,高地应力、围岩性质差和原始锚杆支护参数的不合理是导致巷道失稳的主要因素.针对该巷道特点,采用高预应力锚杆(索)支护条件下围岩适当让压、中空注浆锚索注浆以改善顶板大范围内围岩力学性质等技术,有效控制了围岩塑性区发育、提高了顶板围岩强度并改善了锚杆受力状态.现场工业性试验表明:与前期掘进巷道相比,围岩松动区缩小为1 m左右,顶板、底板及两帮的变形量分别下降了63.6%,53.3%和51.7%,高地应力松软煤巷的围岩变形得到了有效控制. According to the characteristics of the roadway, Under the conditions of stress rock bolt (cable) support, proper pressure of surrounding rock and grouting of hollow grouting anchor cable can improve the mechanical property of surrounding rock in a wide range of roof and effectively control the development of plastic zone of surrounding rock and improve the surrounding rock of roof Strength and improve the stress state of anchors.Industrial tests show that the loosening area of ​​surrounding rock is reduced to about 1 m compared with that of previous roadway, the deformation of roof, floor and two groups decreased by 63.6%, 53.3% And 51.7% respectively. The surrounding rock deformation of soft coal roadway with high ground stress was effectively controlled.
