泸沽铁矿大顶山坚井由于工程地质差报废。设计拟在九线上打勘查孔另定井位。九线处地质更差不能建竖井。经对采选建设进行了研究之后,采用北竖井,溜井放矿和平碉运输的方法。把选厂设在山上,每年提前排去9.7万吨尾矿,解决了山下选厂无尾矿坝的难题。北竖井可将井下100万米~3的废石同尾矿一道排在盐井沟之外,解除了因废石堆积对成昆铁路的危害。采选综合分析后获得2121万元的经济效益。
