目的:探讨分析桂枝肌瘤丸对子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发率的影响。方法:随机选取98例我院收治的子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,按照随机数表原则均分为对照组和试验组两组,对照组采用宫缩素注射液,试验组采用桂枝肌瘤丸,对比记录两组患者的术后复发情况,子宫体积恢复正常率以及不良反应。结果:对照组的复发率(20.4%)明显高于试验组(4.08%),复发时间(7.9±5.1m)早于试验组(20.1±2.9m);术后3个月,试验组子宫体积恢复正常率(98.0%)明显高于对照组(75.5%),且两组均无不良反应出现。结论:对于子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者而言,服用桂枝肌瘤丸可有效降低患者的术后复发率,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广应用。
