在小学阶段的教学中,班主任的班级管理工作毫无疑问是非常重要的一个环节,虽然班级管理工作并不直接作用于学生成绩的提高和能力的增长,但却是学生校园生活的基本保障,是学生进行学习活动和教师开展教学活动的基础。结合从事小学班主任的实践经验,就新课程背景下的小学班主任班级管理策略谈了一些看法。
