目的研究空气净化技术在消毒供应中心的应用与管理。方法采用空气净化技术,使通过粗效、中效、高效三级空气过滤器,经过除尘、除菌、制冷或制热、加湿或除湿、新风量控制的洁净空气进入相应区域。规范洁净区域日常管理,保证净化空调系统的日常保洁维护和耗材定期更换。结果循环过滤的洁净空气,形成了无菌物品存放区、检查包装及灭菌区10万级和一次性物品库房30万级的洁净环境,其等级指标和技术指标全面检测和综合性能评定合格。结论消毒供应中心建立洁净区域,进行空气洁净化管理,对避免清洗、消毒后的物品的二次污染,保证物品灭菌合格与无菌储存期限具有重要的意义。
Objective To study the application and management of air purification technology in disinfection and supply center. Methods The air purification technology is adopted to make the clean air controlled by the fresh air flow into the corresponding area through the air filter of coarse efficiency, medium efficiency and high efficiency through dust removal, sterilization, refrigeration or heating, humidification or dehumidification. Regulate the daily management of clean areas, to ensure the daily cleaning and maintenance of clean air-conditioning systems and supplies regularly replaced. As a result, the clean air circulated and filtered formed a storage area for aseptic articles, checking the clean environment of one hundred thousand packaging and sterilization areas and 300,000 one-off items warehouses. The grade indexes and technical indexes were fully tested and the overall performance was qualified. Conclusion The establishment of a clean area in the disinfection supply center for the air clean management is of great significance to avoid the secondary pollution of the cleaned and disinfected articles and ensure the sterility of the articles and the shelf life of the aseptic storage.
