在用硝硫混酸作硝化剂的大型有机合成生产过程中(如火药、炸药、染料、香料等),回收的脱硝稀硫酸中常含有少量硝酸,对设备腐蚀作用较大,并对环境造成污染,因此要求连续测定。稀硫酸含硝自动分析仪的原理以硝酸对极化过程白金阴极的退极化作用为基础。文中介绍了测定原理,实验装置,电极的改进,并列出了测定数据。
In the process of large-scale organic synthesis (such as gunpowder, explosives, dyes, spices, etc.) using nitric-sulfur mixed acid as a nitration agent, a small amount of nitric acid is often contained in the recovered denitrificated sulfuric acid, which causes a large corrosion on the equipment and causes environmental pollution. Therefore, continuous measurement is required. The principle of dilute sulfuric acid containing nitrate automatic analyzer is based on the depolarization effect of nitric acid on the platinum cathode of the polarization process. The paper introduces the principle of measurement, the experimental device, the improvement of the electrode, and lists the measurement data.
