一、隨着國家社會主义工業化的進展和人民生活的逐步提高,對猪肉的需要日益增加。國家為了調節供求,對牲猪收購工作採取了派购政策。兩年來的工作證明,這一政策是正確的、必要的。它不僅保证了國家出口任務的完成和城市、工矿區人民對肉食的需要,有效的支持了國家工業建設,而且調劑了農村肉食供應,穩定了市場價格,保證了農民的正當利益;同時由於有計劃的進行了派購,大體上固定了農民交售牲猪的任務與時間,使得農民心中有數,因而穩定了農民的生產情緒,這是有利於牲猎生產的發展的。但過去由於飼料困難,加上去年水災影響,而購銷工作上獎勵生產的觀點也欠明确,曾使牲猪生產受到一定程度的影响,增加了外調內銷的緊張情况。今年三月全省財經會议以後,購銷工作的缺點,進一步地得到了糾正,而今年农業又告豐收,秋冬複种面積擴大,養猪飼料增加,糧食統購中又留給了必要的飼料,因此,入夏以來,牲猪生產已在恢復和發展。只要我們繼續努力,
