It is always interesting and sometimes important to have a close understanding of a composer’s life, but these are not essential to understanding the composer’s work. For Beethoven, one must not forget that in 1802, when he considered suicide that year [he was in an undelivered letter to brothers (Karl and John), later called “Heiligenstadt Testament ”(Heiligenstadt - now a part of Vienna - testament)] - but at the time he created“ The Second Symphony ”, which was one of the most energetic pieces of his work. This tells us that it is of great importance to separate Beethoven’s music from his personal biographies without merging the two. Therefore, the purpose of this article is not to provide an exhaustive psychological study of Beethoven, through his analysis of his work, and vice versa.
