针对养殖污染负荷大,土地消纳面积不足,导致规模化养殖废水面源污染问题,依托常规多级A/O工艺,通过调控实现对规模化养猪沼液的短程同步硝化反硝化深度处理。重点考察不同溶解氧浓度搭配对多级A/O池去除COD和深度脱氮的影响。调试结果表明:在低溶解氧环境下可实现短程SND,其中正梯度溶解氧浓度工况对COD、TN的去除效果显著。顺反应流程多级A/O池各单元DO按梯度依次由缺氧升至1.1 mg/L(冬季为1.5 mg/L),系统出水COD、NH_3-N、TN分别为97.33、7.78、39.56 mg/L。整套设施对COD、TN的去除率分别为98.66%、93.43%,出水水质稳定实现COD<100 mg/L、NH_3-N<15 mg/L、TN<60 mg/L的工程目标。
In view of the large pollution load of breeding and the insufficient area for land consumption, leading to the non-point source pollution of large-scale breeding wastewater, relying on the conventional multilevel A / O process, the short-run synchronous nitrification and denitrification depth treatment of large-scale piggery liquid can be realized through regulation. Focus on different dissolved oxygen concentration with multi-stage A / O pool to remove COD and deep denitrification. The results of commissioning showed that short-range SND could be achieved in low dissolved oxygen environment, of which the removal efficiency of COD and TN was significant under positive gradient dissolved oxygen concentration. In the cis-reaction process, the unit DO of multi-stage A / O tanks increased from anaerobic to 1.1 mg / L gradient in winter (1.5 mg / L in winter). The effluent COD, NH 3 -N and TN were 97.33, 7.78 and 39.56 mg / L. The removal rates of COD and TN of the whole facility were 98.66% and 93.43%, respectively. The effluent quality was stable and achieved the goal of COD <100 mg / L, NH_3-N <15 mg / L and TN <60 mg / L.
