在基础实验研究的基础上,世界范围内进行了大量帕金森病病人自体肾上腺髓质移植术,但所得结果均不一致。尽管尸检病例的结果报告嗜铬细胞很少存活,但却可见到移植物周围由宿主多巴胺能系统发出的粗大纤维。关于肾上腺髓质移植治疗帕金森病的作用机制尚有争论。本文就肾上腺髓质临床移植治疗帕金森病的总疗效、尸检病例分析、临床上提高肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞存活率的方法以及肾上腺髓质移植治疗机制作一综述。
On the basis of basic experimental studies, a large number of patients with Parkinson’s disease autologous adrenal medulla transplantation, but the results are inconsistent. Although the results of autopsy reports that pheochromocytoma rarely survived, the presence of coarse fibers around the graft originating from the host’s dopaminergic system can be seen. The mechanism of action of adrenal medulla transplantation in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease remains controversial. In this paper, the total efficacy of clinical transplantation of adrenal medulla in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, autopsy case analysis, clinical methods to improve the survival rate of adrenal medullary chromaffin cells and adrenal medulla transplantation for the treatment are reviewed.
