本文用克山病病区低硒粮、病区粮加Na_2SeO_3及常备饲料分别喂养Sprague—Dawley纯种大鼠1~3个月,动态观察了大鼠心肌细胞膜Na~+,K~+—ATP酶(Na~+,K~+—ATPase)及5’一核苷酸酶(5’—ND)活性变化。结果发现低硒组大鼠心肌细胞膜Na~+,K~+—ATPase和5’—ND活性从实验的第1到第3个月均明显低于补硒组和常备饲料组大鼠;低硒组大鼠肝脏和血浆硒含量及红细胞和肝脏的GSH—px活性也明显降低。补硒可使上述各项指标接近常备饲料组大鼠水平,表明硒对心肌细胞膜有稳定和保护作用。
In this paper, Sprague-Dawley purebred rats were fed with low-selenium grain, diseased grain, Na_2SeO_3 and standing feed in Keshan disease area for 1 to 3 months. The myocardial cell membrane Na~+ and K~+-ATP were observed dynamically. Changes in the activity of enzymes (Na~+, K~+-ATPase) and 5’-nucleotidase (5’-ND). The results showed that the activity of Na~+, K~+-ATPase and 5’-ND in myocytes of the low selenium group were significantly lower than those of the selenium group and the standing feed group from the first to the third month of the experiment. The selenium content in liver and plasma of rats, and the activity of GSH-px in red blood cells and liver were also significantly reduced. Selenium supplementation can make the above indicators close to those of the standing feed group, indicating that selenium has a stable and protective effect on the myocardial cell membrane.
