赤霉菌J126 是赤霉素产孢新菌株,其主要产物为赤霉酸(GA3) ,薄层层析显示还能产GA4 和GA7 . 摇瓶培养研究表明: 以木薯粉、硝酸铵为碳氮源的适宜培养基等条件下发酵,总赤霉素产率达678.8mg·L- 1 , 可作为新菌株选育的良好菌种.
Gibberella J126 is a new strain of gibberellic acid sporulation, the main product of which is gibberellic acid (GA3), and thin layer chromatography shows that it can produce GA4 and GA7. The shake flask culture study showed that the total gibberellin yield was 678.8 mg · L-1, which could be used as a good strain for breeding new strains with fermentations of mannitol and ammonium nitrate as appropriate carbon and nitrogen sources .
