本发明的目的是,本发明胶料用于高负荷轮胎时具有优异的低生热性,且硫化时的胶料流动性优异。本发明高负荷轮胎用胶料配合有二烯系橡胶和炭黑。二烯系橡胶为天然橡胶和经过用硝酸灵化合物将共轭二烯聚合物改性所得的改性聚合物。上述二烯系橡胶中的天然橡胶配合量为60质量份以上,改性聚合物的配合量为40质量份以下;相对于上述二烯系橡胶100质量份,上述炭黑的配合量为30~70质量份。
It is an object of the present invention that the rubber compound of the present invention has excellent low heat build-up when used in a high-load tire and has excellent fluidity of a rubber compound during vulcanization. The high-load rubber for tire of the present invention contains diene rubber and carbon black. Diene rubber is a natural rubber and a modified polymer obtained by modifying a conjugated diene polymer with a nitrate compound. The blending amount of the natural rubber in the diene rubber is 60 parts by mass or more, the blending amount of the modified polymer is 40 parts by mass or less, and the blending amount of the carbon black is in the range of 30-10000 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber, 70 parts by mass.
