甲基橙皮甙是橙皮甙的水溶性甲基衍生物。可溶于水,易被人体吸收。橙皮甙是水果橙、柑、桔外皮或金橘幼果经过人工提取制成的一种维生素 P 类药物。甲基橙皮甙具有维持血管正常渗透性、增强毛细血管抵抗力、抑制血清胆固醇升高和防止动脉粥样硬化等功能。由于甲基橙皮甙和维生素 C 合并使用可增强毛细血管的抵抗力,防止高血压引起的毛细血管出血,并可提高甲基橙皮甙的疗效,故可以制成以甲基橙皮甙和维生素 C 两种药为主的制剂“橙维 C”。供临床应
Methyl hesperidin is a water-soluble methyl derivative of hesperidin. Soluble in water, easily absorbed by the body. Orange peel is a kind of vitamin P medicine made by artificial extraction of fruit orange, mandarin orange, orange peel or young kumquat fruit. Methyl hesperidin has the functions of maintaining normal permeability of blood vessels, enhancing capillary resistance, inhibiting increase of serum cholesterol and preventing atherosclerosis.
