江苏省政府常务会议近日审议并原则通过《关于加大金融服务实体经济力度的意见》。《意见》共8大项25条具体内容,进一步加大了金融服务实体经济的力度。“三农”和小微型企业的贷款增长率不低于全部贷款增长率。各银行业金融机构设立小企业金融服务专营机构,引导中小金融机构向县域和乡镇地区延伸服务网点,发展村镇银行、小贷公司等新型金融组织,适当放宽民间资本、外资和国际组织资金参股中小金融机构的条件,开发适应中小企业融资需求的金融产品,重点加大对单户授信500万元
