目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定中药材中23种植物生长调节剂残留量的分析方法。方法样品经乙腈提取后无需净化,直接进UPLC-MS/MS分析,用基质匹配标液外标法定量。结果 23种植物生长调节剂在基质中线性关系良好,r均大于0.990,检出限为0.01~20.80 ng/m L。在0.01、0.04、0.1 mg/kg 3个质量分数水平下,空白党参、白芷基质中23种植物生长调节剂的平均回收率为71.0%~101.4%,RSD为0.8%~15.2%。采用该法对8种63批次常用中药材中植物生长调节剂残留情况进行了筛查。结论该方法前处理简单、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于中药材中植物生长调节剂的残留检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 23 plant growth regulators in Chinese herbal medicines by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS / MS). Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile without purification, directly into the UPLC-MS / MS analysis, with matrix matching standard solution of external standard method. Results The 23 plant growth regulators had a good linear relationship in the matrix with r> 0.990 and a detection limit of 0.01 ~ 20.80 ng / m L. The average recoveries of 23 plant growth regulators in Codonopsis pilosula and Angelica dahurica at the concentrations of 0.01, 0.04 and 0.1 mg / kg were 71.0% ~ 101.4% and RSD were 0.8% ~ 15.2%. The method was used to screen the residues of plant growth regulators in eight kinds of 63 commonly used Chinese herbal medicines. Conclusion The pretreatment method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the determination of plant growth regulators in Chinese herbal medicines.
