中槐茶系槐角去荚皮后,将槐子研末加工制成的冲剂。1991年5月至9月,我们用中槐茶治疗内痔出血、外痔发炎、便秘、结肠炎,共100例,取得明显疗效。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本组男性61例,女性39例。内痔18例(初期内痔4例、二期内痔6例,三期内痔8例),混合痔56例,肛裂18例(初期肛裂8例、陈旧性肛裂10例),结肠炎(直肠、乙状结肠非特异性炎症的便秘型)8例。100例中,便血87例,排便困难和便秘78例,外痔炎性水肿29例。 1.2 治疗方法采用中槐茶冲剂代茶饮,每日6
