本研究针对我国上市公司激励约束机制的有效构建问题做了以下工作:第一、总结并分析我国上市公司在激励约束机制中的存在问题,并对导致问题的主要原因进行了分析;第二、为实现上市公司激励约束机制的有效构建目标,提出了股权激励模式是其激励约束优选模式的思路;第三、针对我国上市公司激励约束机制的有效构建,给出了几点支撑措施建议。
This study has done the following work in view of the effective construction of the incentive and restraint mechanism of listed companies in our country: First, it summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in the incentive and restraint mechanism of listed companies in our country and analyzes the main causes of the problems; secondly, In order to realize the effective construction goal of the incentive and restraint mechanism of listed companies, this paper puts forward the idea that the equity incentive model is the optimal mode of incentive and restraint. Thirdly, in view of the effective construction of the incentive and restraint mechanism of listed companies in our country, some suggestions of supportive measures are given.
