赵紫阳总理最近指出:沿海地区应以进入国际市场为目标,根据出口的需要来考虑农业生产结构的改变;应当走贸工农的路子,国际市场需要什么,就加工什么,就种什么。要围绕外贸来组织工农业生产,而且产品起步要高,一开始就能打出去占领市场,而不是出去摆地摊。这是沿海地区发展农业经济的战略转折,也是闽南三角地区经济发展的必然趋势,这就要求我们的思想观念和认识也要来一个相应大的转变,把我们眼光从国内转向国外,把立脚国内搞经济产值翻番转向面向国外搞翻番。据此精神,闽南三角地区的农业结构应该如何调整?我们以这个问题,到龙溪地区进行专题调查,提出下面一些粗浅的看法。

They should follow the path of trade, industry and agriculture, what they need in the international market, and what to plant and what to plant. According to this spirit, how should the agricultural structure in the southern Fujian triangle be adjusted? With this question, we conducted a special investigation in Longxi and put forward some superficial opinions as follows.
