近年来,各地空气质量和生态环境显现的突出问题,其中农作物的秸杆处理是个大问题。有资料显示:中国每年产生各种农作物秸杆7亿多吨,除少量用作肥料、饲料外,很大部分被遗弃田间,主要以燃烧方式处理,造成的环境污染、交通安全、土壤肥力下降等现象日益严重,秸杆成为农业生产中废料的同时,也成为影响当地经济与环境,可持续性发展的一重要障碍。结合裕安农机部门实际和区情,提出以下建设和思考。
