在病理条件下脑内单胺类神经递质的改变不仅影响脑循环与脑血管通透性,而且影响脑细胞代谢造成精神行为等改变。本文通过大白鼠局灶性脑梗家模型观察局限性缺血损害对整个大脑皮质内单胺类神经递质的影响。
Changes in the brain monoamine neurotransmitter pathological conditions not only affect the cerebral circulation and cerebral vascular permeability, but also affect the mental cell metabolism caused by changes in mental behavior. In this paper, focal cerebral infarction model rats to observe the limitations of ischemic damage on monoamine neurotransmitters in the entire cerebral cortex.
