目的探讨乳腺分型、压迫厚度对摄影条件选择的影响。方法选取行乳腺钼靶检查的女性240例,均无乳腺巨大肿块、植入假体;行右侧头尾位(RCC位)影像检查。根据乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS),将乳腺分为a、b、c、d型,每型各60例。压迫厚度分为0mm~、30mm~、35mm~、40mm~、45mm~、50~54mm;统计其曝光条件。结果乳腺a、b、c、d型相同压迫厚度下曝光的mAs差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随乳腺压迫厚度的增加,乳腺相同分型曝光的mAs增加(P<0.05)。结论各乳腺分型被检者的mAs随压迫厚度的增加而增加。压迫厚度相同时,kV值不变,mAs随着乳腺分型的增加而增加。
Objective To investigate the effects of breast typing and oppression thickness on the selection of photographic conditions. Methods A total of 240 women with breast mammography were selected. No huge breast mass was implanted into the prosthesis. The right and left head and tail position (RCC) images were examined. According to the Breast Imaging Report and Data System (BI-RADS), the breasts were divided into a, b, c and d types, each of 60 cases. Compression thickness is divided into 0mm ~, 30mm ~, 35mm ~, 40mm ~, 45mm ~, 50 ~ 54mm; statistical exposure conditions. Results There was a significant difference in mAs exposed to the same compression thickness of breast a, b, c, d (P <0.05). With the increase of the thickness of the mammary gland, mAs of the same type breast increased (P <0.05). Conclusion The mAs of each breast type increased with the increase of the compression thickness. With the same thickness of compression, the kV value does not change, and the mAs increase with the increase of breast typing.
