高清晰度电视、大型集装箱检测系统、戒毒新药福康片、镍氢电池、稀土发光材料……科技部火炬中心宣布,经过专家认定,我国已经确定了2000年火炬计划的1047个国有级项目,其中重点国家级项目58项,首批重点高新技术企业103家。据悉,科技部火炬中心已向工商银行、农业银行、建设银行、中国银行等申请安排贷款总额65亿多元支持这些项目。科技部火炬中心总工程师李临西说,今年火炬计划项目的特点是:自主创新突出,整体技术水平较高,项目技术成果来源于国家863计划、国家攻关计划、获国家专利的产业化项目共604项,占项目总数的57%;产业规模大,市场前景好,项目中需新增投资3000万元以上的共293项,占项目的总数的28%;而达产时,年产值将达1亿元到5亿元的355项,占项目总数的34%。
