课堂心理契约是师生彼此间的一系列微妙而含蓄的期望,是一种不成文的隐性契约。它是课堂教学的一种资源,能反映师生关系的本体面貌,既是提高课堂教学质量的保障,也是课堂教学时效提升的重要支点。本文简要地介绍了心理契约的内涵和特征、在政治课堂教学过程中的功能与作用,并从以人为本、激励机制、情感沟通和调控引导、激发学科热爱等四个方面探讨了课堂心理契约的构建,从而实现政治课堂教学时效的提升。
