粉末冶金专业学会摩擦材料学组于1988年12月7日在浙江省肖山市召开成立会议。与会者有来自科研单位、高等院校和专业生产厂的学组成员及代表共20名。会议经过充分协商,一致推选杨永连高级工程师为学组组长,孙学广、李东生、宋文悦三位高级工程师和王汉和副研究员为副组长。梁梓芳工程师为学组秘书。确定本学组的挂靠单位为杭州粉末冶金研究所。会议决定发行不定期《粉末冶金摩擦材料简讯》,
Powder Metallurgy Institute of friction materials group on December 7, 1988 in Zhejiang Province, Xiao Shan City held a meeting. Participants from the research institutes, institutions of higher learning and professional production team members and representatives of a total of 20.
