冲天炉改为水冷却可以延长两次打炉之间的熔炼期,减少修护用耐火材料费用。这里介绍的是如何改造直径890mm和1016mm冲天炉和改造后两年的熔炼经验。冲天炉水冷炉壁可延长两次打炉之间的熔炼期至1-3个月,部分减少耐火材料费用。水冷炉壁也使熔化区直径保持常值,促进熔炼操作和铁水成份稳定。但另一方面,将使冷却水费用和为补偿水吸热的燃料费增加。
Changing the cupola to water cooling can extend the melting period between the two furnaces and reduce the cost of repairing refractory materials. Here is how to transform the 890mm diameter and 1016mm cupola furnace and the transformation of two years after the melting experience. Cupola water-cooled furnace wall can be extended between the two furnaces melting period of 1-3 months, part of the reduction of refractory costs. The water-cooled furnace walls also keep the melt zone diameter constant, promoting smelting operations and a steady stream of hot metal components.
