为研究CO2检测法和过氧化氢酶酶活检测法在监测玉米霉菌活动中的应用,试验先对2种方法的影响因素进行了分析,再对玉米进行60 d的储藏实验,对CO2体积分数变化及过氧化氢酶活性与霉菌数量之间的关系做出分析。结果表明:2种方法均可用于玉米中霉菌活动的监测。CO2检测法用时短,操作更简便,适用于对粮堆霉菌变化的预警;过氧化氢酶酶活检测法则能更加准确的预估玉米中霉菌的数量,适用于对结果要求更精确的检测。
In order to study the application of CO2 detection and catalase activity detection in the monitoring of mold activity in corn, the influencing factors of the two methods were analyzed first, then the storage experiment of corn was carried out for 60 days, the CO2 volume fraction Changes and catalase activity and the relationship between the number of molds to make an analysis. The results showed that both methods could be used for the monitoring of mold activity in corn. CO2 detection method with short time, easier to operate, suitable for early warning of changes in grain heap mold; catalase activity detection method can more accurately predict the number of molds in corn, apply to the results require more accurate detection.
