以壳聚糖(CS)为原料,对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS),甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA),丙烯酸(AA)为共聚单体,过二硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,戊二醛为交联剂,在水溶液中生成壳聚糖/P(SSS-HEMA-AA)水凝胶。分别考察了SSS用量对Cu~(2+)的吸附能力和戊二醛用量对吸水膨胀率的影响。结果表明:制得的水凝胶为三维交联网状结构,水凝胶对Cu~(2+)的吸附能力随SSS用量的增加而增强,吸水膨胀率随戊二醛用量增加而减小。
Using chitosan as raw material, sodium styrene sulfonate (SSS), hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), acrylic acid (AA) as comonomer and potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator, Glutaraldehyde is a cross-linking agent, producing chitosan / P (SSS-HEMA-AA) hydrogel in aqueous solution. The effects of Cu (2+) adsorption capacity and glutaraldehyde dosage on swelling ratio were investigated respectively. The results show that the prepared hydrogels are three-dimensional cross-linked network structure. The adsorption capacity of Cu 2+ by hydrogels increases with the increase of SSS dosage. The swelling ratio decreases with the increase of glutaraldehyde dosage.
