从利用工艺角度分析了材料再生和直接利用两种废旧轮胎再生利用方式的优缺点,指出材料再生利用方式生产成本高、附加值低,提出应在建筑与环境工程营建中直接使用废旧轮胎的主张。在探讨并肯定废旧轮胎直接利用可行性的基础上,总结了抗震缓冲、容器填充、形体功能等三种基于轮胎拆解构件形体和构造特点的利用方式,并从环境建造工艺和环境艺术设计的角度探讨了克服废旧轮胎利用障碍的手段。
From the point of view of using technology, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of material recycling and direct utilization of waste tires, points out that the method of material recycling has high production cost and low added value, and puts forward the suggestion that waste tires should be used directly in construction and environmental engineering . On the basis of discussing and affirming the feasibility of direct utilization of waste tires, the paper summarizes the utilization methods of three types of tire dismantling components based on the shape and structure characteristics of earthquake-resistant cushioning, container filling and physical function, and from the environmental construction technology and environmental art design The angle explored the means of overcoming obstacles to the utilization of discarded tires.
