英国Staveley机床公司Archdale工厂生产了一种新型转塔式组合机床。机床可制成单面或双面,带有四工位或六工位的转塔。机床可制成单台式或与普通加工工位联成自动线。 机床控制系统可使机床实现完全自动操作或手动操作,当自动线采用一台或数台这种新型机床时,亦可使用这种控制系统。最近英国Perkins发动机厂为完成大型柴油机发动机汽缸体上的大量工序,采用了很多这种新设备:有单面的,有双面的,可单独操作,也可联成自动线。
A new turret combination machine tool was manufactured at the Archdale plant in Staveley, UK. Machine can be made single or double, with four or six station turret. The machine can be made into a single type or combined with the ordinary processing station automatic line. Machine control system allows the machine to fully automatic operation or manual operation, when the automatic line using one or more of these new machine tools, you can also use this control system. Recently, the Perkins Engine Works in Great Britain used a number of new equipment to accomplish the extensive process on the cylinder block of a large diesel engine: single-sided, double-sided, stand-alone operation, or automated wiring.
