随着我国经济的快速发展,工程建设项目也在逐步增多,为了更好的提高我国工程建设项目的质量和效率,有效的工程建设项目管理是十分必要的。从目前我国工程建设项目管理水平来看,质量事故、工期拖延、费用超支等问题仍然不少,不仅影响了工程建设的质量,而且还会给工程企业带来经济损失,甚至是国家经济带来不利影响。对此,良好的工程建设项目管理是十分必要的。本文主要从目前我国工程建设项目管理存在问题进行分析,并提出目前国外发达国家工程建设项目管理的优势,提出我国工程建设项目管理与国际接轨的方式方法。
