引言本文以沈阳市浑南新区白塔堡河、杨官河、张官河为例,首先对三条寒地自然河流的问题进行反思;结合东陵区(浑南新区)自然水体及滨河空间景观建设要求,针对三条季节性河流提出整治原则、编制具体规划方案;最后以白塔堡河、杨官河、张官河为例,总结经验,形成寒地自然河流整的治整体工作方法,作为规划建设的指导、推广。存在的问题功能零乱或缺失现状河道为自然形成的天然沟渠,局部河道被生活垃圾等侵占,形成断流,基本的泄洪功能丧失。
Introduction Taking Baitabaohe, Yangguanghe and Zhangguanghe in Hunnan New District of Shenyang as an example, the paper first reconsidered the problems of natural rivers in the three cold regions; combined with the requirements of the natural water body in Dongling District (Hunnan New Area) and the construction of space landscape of riverfront, Finally, taking Baittaobao, Yangguan and Zhangguang rivers as an example, the author summarizes the experience and forms the overall working method of treating and integrating natural rivers in the cold area as a guide and popularization of planning and construction. Existing problems Messy or missing current status The natural channels formed by natural ditches, local rivers were occupied by domestic waste and other forms of flow, the basic loss of flood discharge.
