人才是现代企业竞争的根本。目前,我国国有企业普遍人才流失严重,对国有企业的发展造成了严重的影响。深化国有企业改革,就必须改变企业的用人制度,设计合理的人力资源管理体制。本文在阐述国有企业人才管理现状的基础上,分析了国有企业人才流失的主要原因,提出了应对人才流失的对策。
Talent is the fundamental modern enterprise competition. At present, the loss of the general brainpower of the state-owned enterprises in our country has seriously affected the development of state-owned enterprises. To deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, we must change the employment system of enterprises and design a reasonable human resources management system. On the basis of elaborating the current situation of talent management in state-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the brain drain in state-owned enterprises and puts forward countermeasures to deal with the brain drain.
