210例中毒患者,其中经呼吸道、皮肤吸收中毒198例,全部治愈。口服吸收中毒12例,治愈10例,死亡2例。 治疗方法:①对有机磷中毒患者,立即测CHE,同时根据中毒程度,立即肌肉注射复方解磷注射液1～2支。如中毒毒物名称不详,根据症状、体征又不能判定是否为有机磷中毒,待测CHE后,确定是否应用复方解磷注射液。②立即清水洗胃,彻底洗净,更换被毒物污染的衣物,防止毒物继续吸收。③同时建立静脉输液通路,应用对症、支持疗法,密切观察用药反应及呼吸、循环情况,以备急救。④30分钟后重测一次CHE,根据结果及病情调整用药,维持病人的轻度阿托品化反应状态。 皮肤吸收中毒患者,入院时测CHE一般在40％～60％之间,经彻底清洗皮肤、洗头、更衣、注射复方解磷注射液1～2支,一般在30分钟内立即缓解症状,必要时第二天重复应用1次,观察2～3天,即可出院。
