安全是保障煤炭企业正常生产和发展的基础,对煤炭企业生产和经营具有很大影响。但是,从煤矿企业的实际发展现状来看,由于相关管理人员安全意识不足,导致煤炭企业生产中经常出现各种各样的安全事故。实施企业人力资源管理的主要目标就是提高员工的综合素质、建设稳定的生产队伍、给职工营造积极向上的工作氛围、促进煤矿企业的安全生产。人力资源管理部门必须积极配合企业工作,采取有效的手段规范员工的行为,预防安全事故的发生,提高管理水平,促进煤矿企业的安全生产。
Safety is the basis for guaranteeing the normal production and development of coal enterprises and has a great impact on the production and operation of coal enterprises. However, judging from the actual development status of coal mines, due to the lack of safety awareness among relevant managers, various safety accidents often occur in the production of coal mines. The main goal of implementing human resource management in enterprises is to improve the overall quality of employees, build a stable production team, create a positive working atmosphere for employees, and promote the safe production of coal miners. Human resources management departments must actively cooperate with the work of enterprises, take effective measures to standardize the behavior of employees, prevent accidents, raise their management level and promote the safe production of coal miners.
