成人急性洒精中毒屡见,而儿童急性酒精中毒昏迷并中毒性肝炎、酒精中毒性界限性遗忘(Alcoholicblackout)和酒精中毒性低血糖症未见报道,现报道一例: 患儿女,9岁。因误饮250毫升酒,昏迷3小时而入院。体检:体温35.8℃,脉搏100次,呼吸24次,血压110/70毫米汞柱,深昏迷,面色苍白,瞳孔忽大忽小等圆。呼吸深长,呈苹果酸味。颈软,心音纯整,两肺有痰鸣。腹软,肝脾未及。四肢肌张力降低,生理反射消失,病理反射未引出。实验室检查:白细胞37200,中性81％,淋巴19％,尿糖阴性,尿酮体阳性,血糖55毫克％,血胆碱脂酶75％,谷丙转氨酶大于200单
