基于纵向变截面轧制的特点,根据轧件受力分析了LP钢板轧制过程的咬入角和咬入条件。利用前滑的定义推导出纵向变截面轧制的前滑模型,通过离散化处理得到工程应用的纵向变截面轧制楔形区的前滑公式。以LP钢板轧制实例,对仿真和模型计算结果进行了分析比较,验证了理论公式的正确性,为LP钢板的轧制提供了理论依据。
Based on the characteristics of longitudinal variable cross-section rolling, the bite angle and biting conditions of LP steel rolling process are analyzed according to the rolling force. Using the definition of forward slip, the forward slip model of longitudinal variable cross-section rolling is deduced. The forward sliding formula of longitudinal tapered rolling wedge is obtained through the discretization process. Taking LP steel rolling example, the simulation and model calculation results are analyzed and compared to verify the correctness of the theoretical formula, which provides a theoretical basis for the rolling of LP steel plate.
